Dana Robert Miller brings over two decades of management experience to the table, with a strong foundation in both hospitality and retail. After spending 10 years leading teams and operations in these fast-paced industries, Dana transitioned into the point-of-sale (POS) technology space, where he’s spent almost 7 years honing his expertise.

Currently serving as the Learning & Development Manager at Quantic, Dana plays a key role in supporting new partners, training merchants, and developing impactful learning materials—from documentation to video tutorials. He also collaborates closely with the marketing team to craft clear, engaging content. Dana is passionate about helping businesses grow through education, technology, and exceptional customer experience.
